Dallas-Fort Worth branch is 15th office nationwide
DALLAS — In a time that many mortgage companies are struggling to stay in business, Michigan-based Gold Star Mortgage Financial Group has managed to continue opening new offices nationwide. Their newest branch opened in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area June 1.
Gold Star Mortgage is a rapidly growing company that currently employs over 200 loan officers. They plan to add more branches to all major cities in Texas and to the DFW area.
“Our vision for the Dallas-Fort Worth office is to be recognized as a community mortgage banker that provides a high level of service compared to the competition. Veoukas has six years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry, and 15 years in hospitality management prior. He is ranked #2 in the state of Texas and is in the top 10% of banking loan consultants in the nation for a national lender in 2007 and 2008. He is currently the vice president of the south east region of Gold Star Mortgage Financial Group.

The Texas group will focus on Conventional, Jumbo and Government residential financing to meet the needs of the diverse borrowers in Texas. They also offer special programs and reduced closing cost options to clients who provide integral services to the community. The A+ Teacher Program specializes in discounted transaction costs for certified teachers, full time staff or administrators in any public or private school. The Hero Program offers discounts for Police Officers, Fire Fighters, EMS or members of the Armed Forces.
