It’s not just about having the best technology, or having the greatest product selection, or having amazing internal systems; it’s about a belief system. The folks at Gold Star Financial believe in getting better everyday. That belief system not only lends itself to my success as a Loan Officer, but it makes for a world-class client experience as well.

As another year comes to a close, I just wanted to say thank you for the opportunity to work at Gold Star. I feel very fortunate to not only have a job, but one that I really enjoy. The environment that you have been able to generate has made coming to work rather enjoyable. There are sometimes exceptions to the rule, but overall I don’t think I could ask for much more.

“All we are waiting for is the appraisal.  I would guess we will get it today or tomorrow.  Good news on your rate—Flagstar (the bank we are going to sell your loan to) offers a float down policy so if rates get better, I can float down your rate.  Yesterday, I floated your loan to 5.125%!”

I enjoyed my visit on Friday. Who would have guessed last year when I was invited to work for Gold Star I’d end up working for the number one mortgage company in the World. It continues to be fun I guess I’m addicted to the chase.

I have always loved working here. Thank you for the wonderful environment. I love my co-workers, they are the greatest. Working here is my dawn after darkness.
