ANN ARBOR, MI — The dedication and strength of Gold Star’s devotion to customer satisfaction has been reflected in a recent company survey conducted by its quality control department. According to the report, Gold Star has obtained a 96% customer satisfaction level for the 6th consecutive month.
Executive Vice President Rick Richter remarked on the survey, stating “It is our belief that these results are an indication of the hard work and commitment to excellence that all of our loan officers demonstrate when working with a client.
